When you send the quote form, we receive the details you enter — typically your name, phone number, email address, address or neighbourhood, and a description of the work you'd like done. We use this to prepare your quote and arrange the service, and we share it with the local service crew that fulfils quotes in your area for that purpose only. Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host (Netlify) and delivered to us by email.
Calls to (289) 802-1217 may be recorded, as noted in the greeting when you call. Recordings and call logs (your number, call time, duration) are used for quality assurance, accurate quoting, and record-keeping. Our phone service is provided by Twilio.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). Analytics data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this; you can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
Quote requests and call records are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and maintain reasonable business records, after which they may be deleted.
