Woodland Hill, up by Yonge and Davis in Newmarket's northwest corner, is one of the town's newest neighbourhoods — and new-build glass has its own issues. Ongoing construction nearby keeps a fine dust film on exterior panes, and many homes still carry builder leftovers: paint flecks, stucco splatter, silicone smears, and sticker residue that a regular wash won't shift.
